1. The service

Knowfive offers Eastern personality types, relationship notes and timing insights based on traditional Chinese birth-chart culture, for entertainment and self-reflection. Everything is a tendency or a suggestion. It is not a prediction, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. Accounts and age

You must be 18 or over to use the service. Please keep your sign-in credentials safe and make sure what you provide is accurate and lawful.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are those shown at checkout, tax included, in local currency.
• Plus renews automatically each month or year, and we remind you 3 days before renewal.
• You can cancel in one tap under Settings › Subscription. Benefits remain until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the service. That includes bulk scraping, reverse engineering, submitting other people’s sensitive information to the AI assistant, using the service for unlawful purposes, or harassing others.

5. The AI assistant

Xiao Wu is an AI guide, not a person. AI can be wrong, so do not treat its answers as professional opinions. It does not weigh in on health, investing, legal matters or other people’s private lives.

6. Intellectual property

The copy, illustrations, interface and presentation of chart results belong to Knowfive or the relevant rights holders. Knowfive is not affiliated with The Myers-Briggs Company.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content. The precise wording: TODO_VERIFY.

8. Changes and governing law
